The first thing to do when arriving on site is to do a full site survey and risk assessment. This is to determine whether its safe to work off ladders on site and to discuss the best position for installation with the client. Trees , tall chimneys and other buildings can cause line of sight issues. As long as the dish has a clear line of sight with no obstructions (usually south west facing to north east) The dish will work well. The starlink app contains software to check for obstructions before installation and to align the dish during installation.
